JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As an HSE Coordinator, you will be a key person in the project organization and play a central role in ensuring that projects meet high standards in quality, environment, and work environment. You are a practical and present resource who works closely with site managers and project leaders, supporting the HSEQ Manager in translating strategies into reality on-site.

Your tasks will include:

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with requirements in work environment, environment, and quality in projects
• Providing operational support to site managers and project leaders in daily KMA work
• Participating in the development, implementation, and follow-up of work environment plans and environmental documentation
• Conducting site visits, inspections, and simpler internal audits
• Contributing to improvement work and reporting deviations, observations, and improvement suggestions
• Collaborating with the HSEQ Manager to implement and follow up on the company's HSEQ strategies

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a relevant post-secondary education in work environment, environment, quality, or equivalent experience
• Has experience in practical work environment, environmental, or quality work, preferably within construction, energy, or industry
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as required in daily work
• Is able to travel regularly to LBS projects around the country
